Refund policy

We accept returns on unopened and unused products purchased from ayuna.co within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment for the product price and any taxes, less shipping & handling.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

To request a return, email customercare@ayuna.co. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days once we receive and inspect your return. At this time, we do not offer product exchanges.
